8th Grade Semiformal Dance May 31st from 7:00pm -10:00pm
The 8th Grade Semi-Formal Dance is a gift from the PTO to the graduating 8th grade students from Pottsgrove Middle School only.
DRESS CODE: The appropriate attire for the semi-formal event is something you might wear to a religious service or special event.
GIRLS: short or mid-calf dress, or dress pants and a blouse.
GUYS: dress pants and a shirt with a collar or tie. Ties are optional.
**NO BARE MIDDRIFFS *NO TUXEDOS *NO JEANS *NO T-SHIRTS
*NO SNEAKERS
Students with inappropriate dress will be asked to leave the dance.
BEHAVIOR: All school rules are in effect for the 8th grade dance. Students violating these rules will face appropriate consequences as outlined in the Pottsgrove Student Handbook. Students who are not eligible to attend due to prior restrictions will be notified.
DROP OFF/PICK UP: Students must be dropped off no later than 7:45pm and picked up promptly at 10:00pm. Once a student enters the building, they will not be permitted to leave until 10:00pm unless accompanied by their parent(s)/guardian(s).
**NO LIMOUSINES PLEASE**
Please complete and return the form below by May 17, 2013. Your child MUST return this form, signed by a parent or guardian, in order to attend the 8th grade dance. We appreciate your cooperation with this special event!
Mixed Bag Designs Fundraiser: If you are interested in purchasing more bags you can order online. We will profit 40% of the purchase price until next October but you must use our fundraiser ID # 32915. The order will be shipped to your home and you will need to pay shipping.
