Gaskin Settlement

 

 

One of the conditions specified in the settlement of Gaskin was that

parents be made aware of ways to access a copy of the Notice of Settlement

and the proposed Settlement of Agreement posted on the website of

the Pennsylvania Department of Education and on the website of

the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia.
