Junior/ Senior Prom Information

Prom Date: SATURDAY, May 17^th at the Valley Forge Scanticon Convention Center in the Montgomery / Lancaster Room. The prom will run from 6:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. and tickets are 75 dollars

IMPORTANT

There will be a parent chaperone meeting on Thursday, May 15^th at 6:00 P.M. in the high school cafeteria. It is a very important meeting for all chaperones to attend. If you cannot attend, please email Mr. Stock for information regarding chaperone duties at TSTOCK@pgsd.org

Prom tickets will be on sale May 5^th through the 9^th  before school, after school, and during all lunches.

Guests MUST be signed in at the high school office when tickets are purchased.

Students must submit table request forms by Friday, May 9^th.

There will be a mandatory prom participant meeting Friday, May 16^th at 8:00 A.M in the high school auditorium.

We still need parent chaperones. Please submit chaperone names to Mr. Stock ASAP.

Junior Class Trip Information

Junior Class trip to Boston Dates: April 24-26 (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)

Class Trip Payment Deadlines:   $100 initial deposit collected June of 07

                                                $200 deposit collected by October 26^th (unless other payment plans have been arranged with Mr. Stock)

                                                $135 final payment (for quad occupancy); $150 (for triple occupancy); $179 (for double occupancy) due by February 1^st.
