Y Wellness, My Wellness Program> This program is designed for adults with a BMI of 28 or more, that also have children living in your household (15 years of age or younger). It is a three month program that includes a free membership to the Pottstown YMCA, a personal trainer and nutritional consultant. Participants will have access to the wellness center, swimming pool and the many fitness classes.
