What is the NCAA Eligibility Center?

The NCAA Eligibility Center certifies whether prospective college athletes are eligible to play sports at NCAA Division I or II institutions. It does this by reviewing the student-athlete's academic record, SAT® or ACT scores, and amateur status to ensure conformity with NCAA rules.  A link to the Eligibility Center is below.

Prospective Division I and II athletes must register with the Eligibility Center in their junior year.  There is a fee to register.  If the student is on the free and reduced lunch list, he/she can request a fee waiver from the Guidance Department.

There are many steps to registering with the Eligibility Center.  Please careful read everything.
