Pottsgrove School District Board of School Directors encourages the use of parent and community volunteers to support the educational programs of the School District.
Necessary clearances for volunteers are available below. Completed clearances should be returned to any of the five district school buildings and then they will be entered into a district-wide shared database. Volunteers only need to complete one set of forms, regardless of the number of children in the District. Clearances must be less than one year old when submitted. Once on file, they are valid for five years.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS
Clearances must be less than one year old when submitted. Once on file, they are valid for five years. New clearances are due by the first day of the month in which the oldest clearances were issued. For example, if your ACT 151 Child Abuse clearance is from January 2015 and your ACT 34 PA Criminal check is from February 2015, ALL clearances must be renewed prior to January 1, 2020.
When submitting your new or updated clearances, you only need to submit them to one school and they will be updated in the District database.
