Volunteer

Pottsgrove School District Board of School Directors encourages the use of parent and community volunteers to support the educational programs of the School District.

Necessary clearances for visitors and volunteers are available below. Completed clearances should be returned to any of the five district school buildings and then they will be entered into a district-wide shared database. Volunteers only need to complete one set of forms, regardless of the number of children in the District. Clearances must be less than one year old when submitted. Once on file, they are valid for five years.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL CLEARANCES AND SUBMIT A COPY TO THE DISTRICT. YOU WILL NEED YOUR ORIGINAL CLEARANCES FOR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS PTA, BOYS/GIRLS SCOUTS, YOUTH COACHING, ETC. THE DISTRICT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU COPIES OF YOUR CLEARANCES ONCE SUBMITTED.

Applicants who have not resided in Pennsylvania for the last 10 consecutive years must also complete the following clearance:

FBI Fingerprint Clearance (enter code 1KG6ZJ)

Applicants who have resided in Pennsylvania for the last 10 consecutive years must complete the following form and submit to your child's school office:
