Stay Connected

If you are not a parent/guardian to a student in the district but would like to receive email/phone call/text alerts from PGSD regarding community and district events, please fill out this Google Form so that we have your contact information.

School Closing Communications

Pottsgrove School District makes every attempt to provide families with as much notice as possible when a delay, closure, or early dismissals, occur. Decisions, when possible, are made the night before, or well in advance. We will rely on weather radar, local forecasts, and work in conjunction with our busing company and Township road crews to make these decisions.

In the event of a school closure, the district will send out a mass email/call/text alert, an alert will be made on the PGSD website, a post will be created on our social media accounts, and it will be listed on the local news stations.
