Facility use and rental
Community organizations- please review policy 707 and the Facilities Use Rules and Regulations before requesting facility use at the Pottsgrove School District.
Other Prerequisites
You must:
- Create a user account for your organization
- How to select your Organization Class:

Class A - Groups directly affiliated with the School District whose primary purpose is to support the curricular and co-curricular programs of the School District. This includes but is not limited to student clubs, parent teacher associations, Pottsgrove Music League, Pottsgrove Booster Club, Pottsgrove Educational Foundation, the Pottsgrove Recreation Board, nonprofit organizations (such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts etc.) and sports organizations with membership guaranteed to be comprised of 100% District students.

Class B - Nonprofit groups serving the Pottsgrove Community with membership comprised of at least seventy percent (70%) District residents. IRS section 501(c)(3) status is encouraged but not required.

Class C - Nonprofit groups serving the Pottsgrove community with membership comprised of less than seventy percent (70%) District residents.
- Class D - Non-district groups with membership comprised of less than twenty-five percent (25%) District residents, and for profit entities. These groups may or may not charge fees for participation.

- Complete all event details when submitting your request
- Upload a copy of your insurance certificate meeting the requirements set forth in the facilities use policy when creating your account. Your insurance will be approved by the facilities department. (Note: The organization will be prompted to add the insurance certificate after making their first event/facility request.)
- Click the submit button
Your application will then go through the approval process in the scheduling system. Any money due will be invoiced to you based on the facilities use policy. All information in the School Board policy must be followed.
