Superintendent's Office
Dr. David Finnerty, Superintendent of Schools
"I am honored, humbled, and most of all, excited to be a part of the Pottsgrove School District community. I am a strong believer in the power of public education to change the trajectory of students' lives and to positively impact the community at large. For me it's personal. Growing up in an economically challenged family in Scranton, Pennsylvania, I am grateful for the many teachers, administrators, and staff, that helped me earn my way to Lehigh University where I graduated with two degrees in engineering. Public education truly changed my life for the better and I want to help make that happen for the Pottsgrove School District community."
