My name is Debbie Harrar.  I have been teaching 3rd and 4th grade at Lower Pottsgrove Elementary School for the past 15 years.  Prior to that, I taught 3rd and 4th grade Learning / Emotional Support at West Pottsgrove Elementary.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary / Special Education from Gwynedd Mercy College, and I received my Masters Degree in Reading / Literacy through Walden University.

 

I have been married to my husband, Tom for 34 years, and we are very proud parents to our son, Brandon, and daughters Holly and Morgan. 

 

I have an adorable puppy, Rudy, who is my little buddy.   Since we got him right before Christmas a few years ago, and because he is the color of Rudolf, we named him Rudy.  This past December, our puppy, Harlee joined our family as well.

 

I think my favorite pasttime has to be traveling.  My bucket list is huge, but I especially want to travel across the country in a motorhome, stopping often to admire this beautiful country.
