Mr. Veser is a 1996 graduate of West Chester University. Prior to coming to Pottsgrove School District, Mr. Veser worked as a direct care staff, program manager, and program director for Devereux's Beneto Center (in Glenmoore and Malvern) and as a family-based therapist in the Community Services program based out of Phoenixville.

Mr. Veser and his wife are the proud parents of two young children.
