Comprehensive Planning & District Goals

The comprehensive district plan is a requirement of the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) whereby all districts must have a multi-year plan (goals and strategies). These goals are formulated after reviewing focused questions provided by PDE based on the largest areas of need identified for the district (I.e. Alignment of curriculum to standards could be an area). Once the goals are established buildings create school improvement plans that mirror the district priorities/goals.Below are links to Pottsgrove's Comprehensive Plan, including the members of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, annual implementation goals, continuous improvement and monitoring plans, and progress reports.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
