•  It is the intent of the Pottsgrove Board of Directors to make the school facilities available to residents and organizations within our District and, on a select basis, other individuals and organizations when such usage does not interfere with the educational process of the children of the School District.
     

    The Pottsgrove School District has implemented a new facilities scheduling program called FMX (Facilities Management eXpress). We no longer use paper applications for Facilities Use. Everything will be completed online.

    You must first create a user account for your organization. Below is a link to a pdf copy of the information required to create an account. Any item with an “*” must be completed. You must also upload a copy of your insurance certificate meeting the requirements set forth in the facilities use policy when creating your account.

    Once you have created an account with proper insurance information, your insurance will be approved by the facilities department. After this approval, you may enter your facilities use request. To start the process you must log in under “community member login.” Then you must click scheduling request on the left-hand side of your screen and click the “+ New Request” button on the top right of your screen. Below is a link to a pdf copy of the schedule request form on line for reference. Any item with an “*” must be completed. Then click the submit button.

    Your application will then go through the approval process in the scheduling system.

    Any money due will be invoiced to you based on the facilities use policy.

    Please read the Facilities Use Policy and the Facilities Use Rules and Regulations Form. (Documents are located below.) You must also provide proof of liability insurance in accordance with the policy stating Pottsgrove School District, 1301 Kauffman Rd., Pottstown, PA 19464 as certificate holder and additional insured.
