    2022-2023 Student Registration

    Welcome to the Pottsgrove School District 2022-2023 New Student Registration process. The district utilizes an online registration portal that allows the parent/guardian to complete the registration process.

    Please note that only a parent, school district resident, or any other person having charge or care of the child may register the child. 

    Documentation needed to complete the registration process.

    The ability to upload these documents is available to you during the online registration process. 

    Copies of these documents should be uploaded to the registration portal, or you may send them directly to studentregistration@pgsd.org if you’re having trouble uploading them to the portal. Please put your student’s name in the subject line when emailing these documents to us.

    * Note - If these documents are not submitted to the Registration Department, your child will not be fully registered with Pottsgrove School District and this will cause a delay in the Registration process.

         Proof of the child's age (any one of the following is acceptable)

      • Birth certificate (preferred)
      • Notarized copy of the birth certificate
      • Baptismal certificate
      • Copy of the record of baptism - notarized or duly certified and showing the date of birth
      • Notarized statement from the parents or another relative indicating the date of birth
      • Valid passport
      • Prior school record indicating the date of birth

         Up-to-date immunization records
         Proof of residency (any two of the following are acceptable)

      • Deed or mortgage statement
      • Lease or rental agreement
      • Current utility bill
      • Current credit card bill
      • Property tax bill
      • Vehicle registration
      • Driver's license or Dept. of Transportation identification card

     

    If you are transferring from another school district, the prior school district will NOT automatically send Pottsgrove documents. It is the responsibility of the parent to obtain and send in the necessary documents to register their child with Pottsgrove.

    A confirmation email will be sent to you when your child's registration is complete.
