Student Registration

Welcome to the Pottsgrove School District New Student Registration process. The district utilizes an online registration portal that allows the parent/guardian to complete the registration process.

Registration for the 2024-25 school year is now closed.

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year for new and returning students, grades 1 through 12, will be open in the new PowerSchool Registration System to district residents the week of July 14, 2025 as we transition from the Phoenix Learning Systems Portal.  For all returning students, communication will go out via email with specific instructions.  It is extremely important to note that all items in the new system will be required to be entered and/or uploaded into the portal in order to move through the system to receive your child's schedules and transportation information for this coming school year.

If you have any questions as to what documentation is required for registration, please refer to the below section, "What Do I Need to Register?" with an updated list of new requirements as of March 3, 2025 or you may reach out to the Registrar for further clarification.  

Please note the following changes:

  • If your address has changed since last school year, you are required to fill out a Change of Address Form (https://pgsd.docuware.cloud/docuware/formsweb/child-accounting-change-of-address-information?orgID=cc00b9b2-df3c-409d-a64e-ef07067597cband upload the required documents to the form.  You will not have the ability to change your address for Returning Students in the new PowerSchool Registration portal.  It must be done by the Registrar after review of your Change of Address form and residency documents have been uploaded.
  • If you were on a multiple occupancy or 1302 Affidavit, it is required that a new one is signed and notarized along with all appropriate documentation on a yearly basis.  1302 Affidavits are approved on a case by case basis and must be reviewed by the Registrar and approved by the Director of Pupil Services.

In-person registrations during the summer are by Appointment Only in the district office and will be reserved for families with limited English proficiency and those families who have limited access to the internet or a laptop and printer. The district summer office hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday through Thursday starting June 6, 2025 through August 15, 2025.  Please call the student registration line at 610-327-2277 ext 1045 to make an appointment, if applicable.
